Single Uniross hybrio high quality, high
power PP3 Ni-MH rechargeable battery.Hybrio is the latest generation of
rechargeable battery, which comes ready to use - you don't have to
charge it the first time. Unlike normal rechargeable batteries the
Hybrio battery has an extremely slow self-discharge rate which allows
it to remain charged up for much longer, even when not used for long
periods. Hybrio batteries still retain about 70% of their charge after
a year of storage, whilst ordinary rechargeable batteries will need
charging long before this - this makes them ideal for both infrequent
and frequent use especially in applications such as digital cameras.
Hybrio batteries can be charged just like any other NiMH rechargeable
battery - as long as your battery charger can charge NiMH batteries,
then it will also charge Hybrio batteries.
