Order Process
Once
your order is placed online you will receive confirmation of the order
by email. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contact
between yourself and Rapid Batteries will take place on dispatch of the
order to you of the products ordered.
While we try and ensure
that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we
discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform
you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your
order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to
contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel any
item that has not been dispatched and you have already paid for the
goods, you will receive a full refund for the items cancelled.
Delivery
All
orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of receiving
cleared payment, unless an item is out of stock. You will be notified
by email once the order or part-order has been dispatched. Orders are
normally dispatched via Royal Mail first class post (normally takes 1
working day) or Royal Mail standard parcels (normally takes up to 3
working days) for larger orders. Please contact us if you have not
received your order after 1 week of ordering.
Out of stock
items
In
the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you to
advise of the expected date the item will be available. Whilst an item
is out of stock and up to the point of dispatch you can at any time
have
a refund on any items out of stock.
Returns
If
you wish to return any item (other than faulty goods) that is unopened
and in new condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please state your order date, transaction number, name and address and
we will issue you with an RMA number. Once you receive notification of
the RMA number, you can return the goods to: Rapid Batteries, PO Box
103, Newtown, SY16 2WT. Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue a
refund less any postage charges paid.
Faulty goods
If
you wish to return any item that is faulty, please contact us within 1
year of purchase. Please state your order date, transaction number,
name, address, and a brief description of the fault and we will issue
you with an RMA number. Once you receive notification of the RMA
number, you can return the goods to: Rapid Batteries, PO Box 103,
Newtown, SY16 2WT. Upon receipt of the goods, we will test and inspect
the faulty goods. If the goods are found to be faulty we will refund
the cost of returning the goods to us by Royal Mail second class post,
and offer either a refund or replace the goods that are faulty. If the
goods are found not to be faulty we will return the goods back to you
at no cost to you, however we will not cover your postage costs for the
return of the items to us.
